Steven L. “Steve” Money

Steven L. “Steve” Money, 55, of Highland, IL, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024, at HSHS St. Joseph Hospital, in Highland, IL.

He was born on April 4, 1969, in Alexandria Bay, NY, to Duane and Paula (nee Estes) Money. On March 13, 2010, he married Christine Stern in Highland, IL.

Steve worked as a licensed customs broker for 30 years, enjoyed photography, and was passionate about concert photography for the St. Louis local live music scene.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Christine Money; mother, Paula Money; children, Matthew Money, Garrett Money, Andrew Money, Morgan Money; stepdaughter, Kirsten (Jason) Black; grandchildren, Jaedyn Black, Judah Black, Jordyn Gravot, Abel Gravot, Arrow Black; and sister, Tanya (Kevin) Tracy.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, Duane Money.
