Shelby J. Jenkins

Shelby J. Jenkins, 56, of Highland, IL, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at St. Joseph Hospital, Highland, IL.

Shelby was born August 13, 1960, to Clifford and Joyce (nee Patterson) Massey, in Waynesville, MO. She married Warren Jenkins at Bethany Baptist Church.

She attended First Baptist Church, Highland, IL. Shelby loved animals. She liked to draw and enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and playing on her computer. She was also really good with plants.

She is survived by her husband, Warren Jenkins, Highland, IL; mother, Joyce Massey; sisters, Debbie Hartzog, Highland, IL, Peggy (Lee) Ichord, Big Piney, MO, Linda (David) Hawkins, Big Piney, MO; brother, John Massey, Owensville, MO; father-on-law, Warren Jenkins, Sr; brother-in-law, William Jenkins; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Massey; brother, Rick Massey; brother-in-law, David Hartzog; mother-in-law, Maria Jenkins.
