Sandra J. Kibble

Sandra J. Kibble, 67, of Highland, IL, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Evercare of Breese, IL.

She was born on November 25, 1958, in Highland, IL, to Donald and Jean (Tabor) Oestringer.

Sandra has lived most of her life in the Highland area having grown up here and graduated from Highland High School in 1976. She lived a brief stint in the Northern Illinois region, coming back to Highland about 25 years ago. Sandra was known for her neatness and organizational skills that were ever present in every occupation she had throughout her life. She was very big on wild cats; enjoying to watch/listen to their rescue stories. Sandra also enjoyed occasionally going to the shooting range for target practice and she loved to do jigsaw puzzles. A hardworking, driven, and independent woman, Sandra will be missed by all those that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Oestringer.

Sandra is survived by her father, Donald Oestringer, Highland, IL; daughter, Stephanie (Adam) Hunhoff, Chicago, IL; granddaughter, Wendy Hunhoff, Chicago, IL; siblings, David (Clare) Oestringer, Louisville, KY, Laurie (David) Seefeldt, Highland, IL, Brenda (Michael) Bardill, Highland, IL, and Robert (Susie) Oestringer, New Memphis, IL; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Metro East Humane Society.

Visitation: Friday, July 24, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL
