Sallie A. Pearson, Nee Lindsey

Sallie A. Pearson, nee Lindsey, 67 of Pocahontas, IL formerly of Carlyle, IL, died December 30, 2008 at her residence.

She was born in E. St. Louis on January 2, 1941, and married Frank C. Pearson, Sr in 1965 in E. St. Louis and he preceded her in death, November 7, 1973.

Also preceded in death by:  2 Grandchildren - Mary Margaret McCoy and Jynx Allen Bolin; 1 Brother - John Lindsey;  1 Sister - Mabel Ponder.

She is survived by:  3 Daughters - Joyce Williams, Pinkneyville, IL;  Cathy (Peter) Paulercio - Pocahontas, IL; Carla (Terry) Fultz - Milroy, PA; 1 Son - Frank C. (Lori) Pearson, II of Pocahontas, IL; 11 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren;  6 Brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

She retired from Germantown Egg Co. as a Counter; Worked as Seamstress in St. Louis at St. Louis Sewing Mfg Co. and Quip Industries in Carlyle, IL.

Member of First United Methodist Church, Pocahontas; and former member of Ladies Auxiliary of Iron Workers Locall 392, E. St. Louis, IL.
