Robert A. "Bob" Parvin

Robert “Bob” A. Parvin, 80, of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at his home in Collinsville, IL.

He was born on December 29, 1945, to Theodore and Estelle (nee White) Parvin. On October 16, 1995, he married Janet Douglass in Benton, IL.

Bob was a talented and hardworking man whose creativity and ingenuity touched many lives. A true innovator, he had a passion for computers and possessed an exceptional knowledge of technology. His inventive spirit led him to design and create magnetic drop targets for pinball machines, a testament to both his skill and imagination. Bob also owned and operated C2C Repairs for ten years before spending 27 years as a respected drafter and project manager.

While Bob took great pride in his professional accomplishments, his greatest joy was found in spending time with his family. He especially cherished the moments shared with his children and grandchildren, who brought immeasurable happiness to his life. He will be remembered for his intelligence, creativity, strong work ethic, and the deep love he had for those closest to him.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Estelle Parvin; siblings Ron Parvin, Jean Nance.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Janet Parvin; children, Scott (Sandy) Willtrout, Stacy (Adam) Leiweke, Steve (Shannon) Willtrout; grandchildren, Tyler Willtrout, Kristen Moore, Thomas (Gebi) Moore; great grandchildren, Issabell Butler, Elaine Bader; nephews, Tom Nance, Rick Nance.

Visitation: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.
