Richard “Rick” Bradbury

Richard “Rick” Bradbury, 69, of Cisne, IL. passed away June 11, 2024, at his residence with his family by his side.

Rick was born January 26, 1955, in Bloomington, IL. to Wayne and Evelyn (Stockwell) Bradbury. He married Sandra Cook on April 9, 1977, in Cerro Gordo, IL, and together they shared forty-seven years of cherished memories together and she survives.

Rick retired from Dyno Noblel: Industrial & Mining in Morris, IL. as an explosive handler. He was a veteran in the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, camping and just being outdoors. When his health allowed, he attended the Johnsonville Methodist Church, and Johnsonville coffee club. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Rick is survived by his wife Sandra, two daughters Keri Bradbery and Kimberly Swanberg and a son Cory Bradbury; also surviving are six grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
