Phyllis Jo Eickelman, age 73, of Collinsville, formerly of Tamms, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois.
She was born on May 1, 1952 to Billy Joe and Paula Maree (Miller) Eickelman in Cairo, Illinois.
Phyllis had worked for Angelica Uniform Company for 29 years.
She is survived by her fiancée and companion of 40 years, John Reulecke; nephew, Jason Eickelman; niece, Tammy Eickelman; great-niece, Rizz Eickelman; and great-nephew, Anthony (Rachel) Eickelman.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her two sisters, Julie Sides and Cheryl Patterson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kassly-Meredith Funeral Home, 515 Vandalia St, Collinsville, IL 62234.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Anthony Underwood officiating with interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Dongola, Illinois.
Crain Funeral Home in Tamms is in charge of arrangements.
