Nadine M. Hanson

Nadine M. (nee Schultze) Hanson, 88, of Lebanon, IL, died Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Faith Care Center, Highland, IL.

Nadine was born January 21, 1930, to August and Hilda (nee Esenberg) Schultze in Troy, IL. On May 8, 1954, she married Dwight Hanson at St Paul Lutheran Church, Troy, IL.

She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Lebanon, IL. She belonged to the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. Nadine loved her family; her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were the apples in her eye. She liked to bake, play cards and dominos, plus gardening, canning, and traveling when she could. On the farm, she took care of too many chickens and too many eggs.

She is survived by her Children, Debra (Christopher) Zimmer, Marine, IL, Dennis (Roni) Hanson, Trenton, IL, Kathy (Bruce) Bridgeforth, Washington, IL, Maj Ret, USAF, Kenneth (Sandra) Hanson, Hendersonville, TN; Grandchildren, Adam (LeAnn) Bohnenstiehl, Aaron (Sherrie Ann) Bohnenstiehl, Valerie Zimmer, Rachel (Jacob) Martin, Megan Zimmer, Lenore (Samuel) Herndon, Douglas (Holly) Zimmer, Kimberly (David) Alexander, Kristine Kelley, Cody Bridgeforth, Dale Bridgforth, Ashlee (Derek) Seaborn, Amber Hanson, Zach Hanson; 13 Great Grandchildren; Sister-in-Law, Verona Meier, Troy, IL; Brother-in-Law, Ardell (Sandy) Hanson, Lebanon, IL; Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, August and Hilda Schultze; Husband, Dwight Hanson; Sisters, La Verne Erke, Thelma Schmitt; Brother, Vernon Schultze, Erwin Schultze; Brother-in-Law, Delmar Meier.
