Mildred E. Rickart

Mildred E. Rickart, 92, of Highland, IL, died Friday, February 20, 2015, at Highland Health Care Center.

Mildred was born May 9, 1922, to Ervin and Ella (Nee Lorenz) Duddey in St. Louis, Missouri.  In 1943, she married William Ray Rickart in St. Louis.

She was a member of the St. Peters United Church of Christ, St. Louis, Missouri.

She worked for the Ronnoco Coffee Company in St. Louis for 35 years as the Secretary to the Vice President of the Company.  After she retired from Ronnoco, she worked in the cafeteria of the elementary school in Highland.

She is survived by her 2 children, Sharon (Rocky) Ryan, St. Louis, MO, and William “Bill” (Debbie) Rickart, Highland, IL; 4 grandchildren, Heather (Justin) Tomicich, St. Louis, MO, Sean (Sheila) Ryan, Houston, TX, Shane Ryan, St. Louis, MO, and BJ Rickart, Highland, IL; 2 great grandchildren, Kaelan and Kyla Tomicich.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Ella Duddey; and her husband, William Ray Rickart (1994).

Visitation:  Wednesday, February 25, 2015, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.

Funeral Service:  Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 1200 noon at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.
