Margaret (Nee Foley) Winning

Margaret (nee Foley) Winning, 87, of Highland, IL, died Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital, Breese, IL.  She was born September 22, 1922 in E. St. Louis, IL to Francis T. and Lucille B. (nee Gardner) Foley.  She married James L. "Bud" Winning in E. St. Louis, IL on June 4, 1949.

She is survived by: one son, Robert (Marsha) Winning, Highland, IL; one brother, Francis J. Foley, Alton, IL: three grandsons, Adam Winning, Edwardsville, IL; Aaron Willing, Highland; and Andrew Winning, Highland, IL.

Margaret was a homemaker and had also worked as a Police Dispatcher for the City of E. St. Louis.  She was a member of St. Paul Church, Highland, IL.

Private Services will be held at Mt. Carmel Cemetery Chapel, Belleville, IL with Father Clyde Grogan officiating.
