Lloyd B. Landolt

Lloyd B. Landolt, 92, of Highland, IL died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville, IL.  He was born April 7, 1918 in Old Ripley Township, IL to Frank and Anna (nee Mollet) Landolt.  He married Selma Hosto, November 24, 1943 at Grantfork UCC by Rev. Arby Hosto.

Mr. Landolt was a farmer and lived on his family farm in Bond County until 1998 when he and his wife moved to Highland, IL.  He was a lifelong member of Grantfork UCC, Grantfork, IL.

He is survived by, his son-in-law, Daryl (Linda) Diesen, Pocahontas, IL; two grandchildren, Brian Diesen, Pocahontas, and Amy (John) Markus, Pocahontas, IL three great grandchildren, Britni Diesen, Brenen Diesen and Gage Markus.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Onita Landolt in infancy; his wife, Selma in 2008, and his Daughter, Glenna Marie Diesen, June 18, 1982

VISITATION:  Wednesday, June 23, 2010 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL and Thursday, June 24th at the Church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

FUNERAL:  Thursday, at 11:00 a.m. at Grantfork UCC, with Rev. Nancy Cahalan officiating and Burial in Grantfork UCC Cemetery.
