Linda S. (nee Sanford) Sneed, 66, of Highland, IL died Tuesday, May 9, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Linda was born February 1, 1951, to Owen and Frances (nee McGinnis) Sanford in Russellville, KY. On March 25, 1983, she married A.J. Sneed in Louisville, KY.
She was a generous lady, taking care of everyone before taking care of herself. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Linda loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She also liked gardening.
She is survived by her Husband, A.J. Sneed, Highland, IL, Son, Steve Owen Bond, Louisville, KY; Daughter, Trudy Voegele, Highland, IL; Grandchildren, Katelyn and Haley, Destinee Garcia, Kayla, Marissa, and Jared; Brothers, Darrell Sanford, Highland, IL, David Owen (Jean) Sanford, Knoblick, KY; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Owen and Frances Sanford; Brother, Allan Sanford.
