Kevin J. Plocher, Jr., 34, of Highland, IL, died Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Memorial Hospital East, Shiloh, IL.

Kevin was born August 26, 1983, to Kevin and Terry (nee Gillison) Plocher, at St. Joseph Hospital, Breese, IL. On June 8, 2008, he married Beth Tinsley, in Highland, IL.

He was a member of Apostolic Revival Church, Highland, IL, Crossroads Pentecostal Church, Clermont, FL, and First Pentecostal Church, Orlando, FL. He was a minister of Faith for the public, a walking testimony of Jesus Christ, Gentle Giant, a walking Bible.

Kevin was adventurous and loved to travel. He never met a stranger. Always working on himself, becoming better. He played drums, softball, baseball, pool, golf, and loved fast cars. He loved being surrounded by family—a wonderful son, husband, and father. He lived to help people. Kevin was founding partner of Our Home Buyers Real Estate Agency.

He is survived by his Wife, Beth Plocher, Highland, IL; Parents, Kevin and Terry (Mark Murphy) Plocher, Highland, IL; Children, Isaiah J. Plocher, Elijah G. Plocher, Micah J. Plocher; Grandmother, Marie Plocher, Highland, IL; Mother-in-Law, Cindy Wise, Highland, IL; Sister, Michelle Streeb, Pierron, IL; Brother, Kristopher Plocher, Highland, IL; Niece, Lillian Plocher; Nephews, Katlin (Brittany) Streeb, Kaleb Streeb; Cousin, Barbara Sanders; Great Nieces and Nephews, Madelyn Streeb, Mariah Streeb, Kaden Streeb, Brentley Streeb; Many loved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Father-in-Law, Gaetano G. Piazza.

Visitation: Thursday, October 5, 2017, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, and Friday, October 6, 2017, from 8:00 to 11:00 am, at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.

Funeral Service: Friday, October 6, 2017, at 11:00 am, at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.

Interment: Highland City Cemetery.
