Kenneth Wayne Bryant

Kenneth Wayne Bryant, 83, of Collinsville, IL, passed away Monday, November 11, 2024, peacefully at his home with his wife at his side.

He was born on September 7, 1941, in St. Louis, MO, to Dorman and Lavita (nee Lunn) Bryant. In 1987, he married the love of his life, Paula Adams, in Granite City, IL.

After serving his country in the United States Army with a tour in Korea, Mr. Bryant worked at McDonell Douglas, was president of Onsrud, and during the last few years worked for Roto Rooter. Mr. Bryant loved to work and excelled in all he did, but his main love was for his family. He loved each and every one of them in his own special way. Kenneth Bryant will be deeply missed by his wife, Paula, and his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dorman Bryant; mother, Lavita Bryant; sister, Dorma (Ron) Tumey; daughter, Julie (Rob) Edwards.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Paula Bryant; sons, Brad Bryant, Bryan Haun; daughters, Teri (Barney) Rodawald, Allison Brand, Jackie (Steve) Little; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Honorable mentions include three special granddaughters, Isabella Brand and Lyric Haun, whom he helped raise, and Gabrielle Golden.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
