Judith Ann Oberlee

Judith Ann Oberlee, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023, at Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL.

Judy was born October 28, 1943, to John B. Curran and Nellie Ellen (Shelton) Curran in Mt. Carmel, IL. She was raised by her mom and stepdad, Alfred E. Lucas.

Judy served in the US Navy from 1960-1963. She spent twenty plus years as an EMT and Ambulance Coordinator for North Wayne Ambulance Service in Cisne.

Judy is survived by two daughters, Jeri Wyatt and (Dave Bullard) of Cisne, IL, Staci (Steve) Sullens, of Lakeland, FL, one son, Michael (Debra) Oberlee, of Marshall, IL; four grandchildren, Michael (Heather) Dickerson and Matthew Dickerson, Clinton, and Madeline Oberlee, also surviving are two great grandsons, Aven and Asher Dickerson.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and one brother James Michael Curran.

At Judy’s request no formal services will be held.

The family has requested memorial donations be given to North Wayne Ambulance Service or Wayne County Humane Society and will be accepted at Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home.
