Joseph Davis, Sr.

Joseph L. Davis, Sr., 71, of Paducah, KY, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center, Paducah, KY.

Joseph was born October 3, 1949 in Highland, IL, to Albert and Edna Davis. On March 17, 1973, he married Barbara Smith.

He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army and for many years he was a heavy equipment operator for the Railroad.

Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Davis; brothers, Albert Davis and Harold Davis.

He is survived by his children, Joseph Davis, Jr., Marcia (Michael) Jeffreys, Robert Davis, Dana Collie, Jennifer Windsor, Betty (Joseph) Barnes, Christopher Davis; brothers, Donald Davis, John Davis; sisters, Debbie Davis, Dottie Masden; 25 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation: Monday, July 26, 2021, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, at Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.

Service: Monday, July 26, 2021, 2:00 pm, Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.
