John W. Blair, 82, of Allendale, IL, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN.
He was born on August 29, 1942, in Chicago, IL, to Guy and Maxine (nee Dicus) Blair. On October 30, 1978, John married Donna Kay Buchanan.
John was a member of the Allendale United Methodist Church, the Ruritan Club, and the Masonic Lodge. He was career military, serving his country in the United States Army for 20 years, retiring as a Sergeant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a brother, and a sister.
John is survived by his family and grandkids.
Per his wishes, John is being cremated and will be buried at a later date.
