Joel K. Fernandez, 37, born March 6 ^th , 1987, in Belleville, IL died October 9, 2024, in Cadet, MO

Joel was a motorcycle enthusiast and an avid outdoorsman finding great joy in both hunting and fishing. Joel’s true passion and life goal was to completely immerse himself in nature and live off the land, which he was able to accomplish in the last few years of his life.

He is survived by his children, Aubri Bahr, Jensen Fernandez; parents, Anthony Fernandez, Rhonda Moore; brother, Andrew (Ashley) Huch; sister, Valerie Madded-Kemp; nieces and nephews, Alivia, Aiden, Abram, Ainsley Huch; grandparents, Gilbert (Jenny) Fernandez, Roberta Jones; many aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends.

Visitation: Monday, October 21, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.
