Jerry Charles Waitukaitis, 72, of Collinsville, IL passed away, November 15, 2021 at Bria of Belleville, Belleville, IL.
He was born December 23, 1948 to Gene and Mickey (nee Bufunno) Waitukaitis.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Mickey Waitukaitis; uncles, John Johnson and Jimmy Johnson.
He is survived by his sons, Harmony (Miranda) Waitukaitis, Shane Waitukaitis; grandchildren, Mariyah, Harper, Hudson, Levi, Malachi; many loving cousins; longtime friend, Garry Mehrer.
Memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
