Jeffery Quinn Hunley

Jeffery Quinn Hunley, 57, Parkersburg, IL passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Helia Healthcare in Olney, IL.

Jeff was born May 5, 1968 in Olney, IL to Quinn and Clara (Swarens) Hunley. He was an EMT,  and enjoyed his work helping others. He worked for the Edwards County Ambulance Service for 20 years. He enjoyed being around his family, and his grandchildren. He also enjoyed playing with his toys!

Jeff is survived by a daughter, Jessica (David) Cowger; a son Michael (Brittany) Hunley; 4 grandchildren Callahan, Madden, Avery and Xander; his step-mother Glenna Hunley; half-brothers Kevin Scott and Rodney Scott; and a sister Ranessa Hunley. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, James Hunley, who passed in 2013.

Visitation for Jeffery Hunley will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ingram Meridith Funeral Home in West Salem, IL. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg, IL. Please follow casual dress code.
