Jamie Jo Haas

Jamie Jo Haas, 47, of Lebanon, IL, born July 19, 1961 died July 13, 2009 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.  Jamie was a Medical Assistant for Dr. Marvin Rosecan in Belleville for 20 years.  She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Lebanon, IL:  Jamie was loved by family and many friends and will be greatly missed by all.

Jamie was preceded in death by her father, Amos Haas.  Surviving are her 2 sons, Michael and Daniel Crabtree;  her mother Carolyn Haas, brother Gary (Connie) Haas, a twin sister Amie (Robert) Poole, one nephew David Haas and one niece, Leigh Poole, all of Lebanon, IL.

VISITATION:  July 15, 2009 from 10:00 - 12:00 Noon at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Lebanon, IL with a Memorial Service celebrating her life, immediately following.
