Jack G. Walters

CMSgt Jack G. Walters, USAF, Ret, 84, died on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Cedar Ridge Healthcare Center, Lebanon, IL.

Jack was born April 11, 1931, to Rose (nee Urlich) Walters in Lebanon, PA. On April 4, 1950, he married Nancy Balkan in Cheyenne, WY.

In addition to his 30-year Air Force career, he worked in Civil Service for 20 years.

He is survived by 4 children, Jeff (Sue) Walters, San Antonio, TX, Gregg (Janet) Walters, Arlington Heights, IL, Leslie (Roger) Held, Wright City, MO, and Amy (Steven Ward) Walters, St. Louis, MO; 4 grandchildren, Travis Walters, Steven Walters, Scott (Mel) Walters, and Nicole (Edward) Argetta; 2 great grandchildren, Eddy Argetta and Emily Walters.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Walters; his wife, Nancy Walters (2004); a sister, Lorene Walters.

Funeral Service: Committal service on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, 10:00 am, College Hill Cemetery.
