Harold “Andy” Anderson

Harold "Andy" Anderson, MSGT, USAF, Ret'd, 59. of Summerfield, IL died March 29, 2009 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO.  He was born in Chatham, VA, April 30, 1949 to Fletcher and Lorain (Starling) Anderson.

Survived by Twins - Son, Benjamin R. Anderson, Yokosuka, Japan, Daughter, Nicole K. Anderson, Summerfield, IL, Mother, Lorain Anderson, Martinsville, VA, Step-Son, Lee Grill, O'Fallon, IL, Godchild, Mandy (Dustin) Knerrer, O'Fallon, IL, Godchild, Tina (Eddie) McClung, Springfield, IL;  Four Grandchildren:  Jacklynn and Garrett Knerrer, O'Fallon, IL;  Carolyn and Carina McClung, Springfield, IL; one Brother, Fletcher Anderson, New Haven, CT; Two Sisters, Linda (Boyd) Belcher, Union Hall, VA; Judy (Jaris) Lanier, Martinsville, VA; Nieces and Nephews, and Great Nieces and Nephews.

Preceded in death by his father, Fletcher Anderson.

A Veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force, and retiring after more than 20 years as a Medic.  He worked at Akzo Noble Paint Factory, E. St. Louis for several years.

VISITATION:  Saturday, April 4, 2009 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 5th from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m. at Meyer Funeral Home, Lebanon, IL

FUNERAL:  Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Meyer Funeral Home, with Nephew, Elder Cory Lanier officiating. Burial in Summerfield Cemetery, Summerfield, IL.
