Hannah Michelle Lucco, 34, of Highland, IL passed away suddenly on Friday, May 22, 2026, in Highland, IL.
She was born on October 29, 1991, in Belleville, IL.
Hannah leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her. Above all else in her life, her greatest joy and deepest purpose were her children, Luke and Hazel. They were the center of her world and everything she did was guided by her love for them.
She was known for her sunshine spirit, beautiful dimples and an incredibly sweet heart. Her laugh could fill a room, and her presence brought warmth, comfort and light to the people she loved most.
Hannah loved with her whole heart, experienced life deeply, and moved through the world in a way that was entirely her own. She carried both softness and strength, and those who knew her understood the depth of her compassion, loyalty and heart. In quiet conversations, shared laughter and simple everyday moments, she made people feel important, understood and cared for.
She leaves behind memories filled with warmth, humor and a light that could not be overlooked. Hannah will be remembered for the way her smile lit up a room, the comfort of her presence and the genuine love she gave so freely in her own unforgettable way.
Hannah’s light and spirit will remain woven into the hearts and memories of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Frank and Deborah Lucco; maternal grandfather, William Davidson; step-grandmother, Pamela Portell.
Hannah is survived by her children, Luke Bradley and Hazel Grace Kelley; mother, Jane Davidson; father, Larry (Cheri) Lucco; maternal grandmother, Sara Davidson; step-grandfather, Don (Renee) Portell; siblings, Rachel (Daniel) Cannoy, Laura (Brant) Kehrer, Will (fiancé, Olivia Sander) Greenwald, Hayley Zappia; nieces and nephews, Emma, Addelyn, and Frankie Cannoy, Elkston Kehrer; aunts and uncles, Susan (Greg) Bresnahan, Mike Lucco, Becky (Randy) Haberer; cousins, Sara Jane and Cailtlin Bresnahan, Connor Lucco, Tammy (Ryan) Curry, Ava and Drake Curry, Todd Haberer.
Memorials may be made to Breakthrough T1D (formerly, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
Services are private. The family requests prayers, love, and respect during this time for their grief.
