Halle Lorraine Troyer

Halle Lorraine Troyer was born peacefully sleeping Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at The Women’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Halle Lorraine was deeply loved before she ever arrived, and her life was meaningful beyond words. She is the cherished daughter of Maverick and Mekenzie Troyer, and baby sister to Kemme Troyer. She will always be remembered as a beautiful part of our family. All Halle ever knew was love - she was cuddled, kissed, and loved on for the two days following her birth by her parents, big sister, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Though her time in our arms was brief, she will remain forever in our hearts.

Halle is survived by her parents: Maverick and Mekenzie Troyer of West Salem; her sister: Kemme Troyer of West Salem; maternal grandparents: Cathy and Kyle Wheeler of Flora; paternal grandparents: Melanie and Michael Troyer of West Salem; paternal great-grandparents: Walter and Janice Troyer of West Salem; aunts and uncles: Devin and Avery Williams of Flora, Mikayla Troyer and Grant Behnke of West Salem; cousins: Tate and Dax Williams of Flora, along with many many great aunts and uncles, cousins, extended family, and special family friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents: Kim and Pearl Wheeler, Glenn and Sandra Hatcher; paternal great-grandparents: Bill and Lorraine Walker and beloved family dog “Boe Boe”.

A public visitation will be held Friday, December 19th, from 12-2 p.m. at the Hosselton-Meredith Funeral Home in Cisne with the funeral service to follow visitation. Interment will follow at the Laird Cemetery in Enterprise. The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the family to help with Halle Lorraine’s final expenses and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
