Gertrude K. Holtzmann

Gertrude K. Holtzmann, 93, of Lebanon, IL died Monday, April 19, 2010 at the Lebanon Care Center, Lebanon, IL.  She was born March 15, 1917 in Highmore, South Dakota to Alphonse J. and Mary Gertrude (Nee: St. Pierre) Holtzmann, Sr.

Gertrude retired from Scott AFB Civil Service and was an Editor of the Meteorological Publication.   She was a member of St Joseph church and the Altar Society of the Church, and a former member of the Lebanon Senior Citizens.

SURVIVORS:  Three Brothers – Alphonse J. (Alice) Holtzmann, Jr. Milbank, SD; Dr. Oliver V. (Cecelia) Holtzmann, Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii; George P. (Lee) Holtzmann, Sr., Louisville, KY; One Sister-In-Law – Bernice Holtzmann, Toledo, Ohio; Several Nieces and Nephews including, James J. (Kathleen) Ferrall, Lebanon, IL.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Her Parents,  One Brother – Edward Holtzmann and two sisters, Margaret H. Ferrall and Rose M. Huber.

VISITATION:  Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Meyer Funeral Home, Lebanon, IL from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL:  Friday, April 23, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lebanon, IL with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lebanon, IL
