Gerald E. "Jerry" Smith, Jr. of Grantfork, IL died April 14, 2008 at St. Joseph Hospital, Highland, IL. He was born January 27, 1967 in San Diego, CA to Gerald E. and Gertrude B. (Moore) Smith, Sr. and they both survive.
He is also survived by one son, and one sister - Kimberly (Brian) Morris, Beauford, SC and two nieces and two nephews.
Jerry was an over the road truck driver.
