George A. Stuart Ii

George A. Stuart II, 55, of Belleville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Atrium of Belleville, in Belleville, IL.

He was born on September 14, 1968, in East St. Louis, IL, to George and Mary (nee Dour) Stuart.

George was a United States Army Veteran. In his retirement George was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He loved to fish, was a fan of Sammy Hagar, and enjoyed spending time with his family. George was a man who kept to himself for the most part, but cared about the people he loved, a lot. He was a treasured son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, George Arthur Stuart, Sr.

George is survived by his mother, Mary Catherine Stuart; daughter, Rachael Stuart; grandchildren, Aiden, Ryan; brothers, Robert “Stuie” Stuart, Michael Stuart; nephews and loving friends.
