Genevieve Brinkmeyer

Genevieve Brinkmeyer, 82, of Pocahontas, IL, died Monday, July 11, 2016, at Highland Health Care Center.

Genevieve was born December 4, 1933, to Robert and Linnie (nee Young) Heath, in Birmingham, KY.

She is survived by her sister, Becky DeForest, Pocahontas, IL; brother, Jerry (Carol) Heath, California; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Linnie Heath; husband, Ray Brinkmeyer; son, John Brinkmeyer; sister, Barbara Fox; brothers, Larry Heath, Ed Heath, and  Joe Heath.

Memorials may be made to the Donor’s Choice.

Memorial Visitation: Sunday, July 24, 2016, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, with a prayer at 3:00pm, at Meridith Funeral Home, Pocahontas, IL.

Interment:   At a later date.
