Frank L. Mueller

Frank L. Mueller, 85, of Highland, IL, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at his home, surrounded by loved ones.

He was born on February 14, 1941, in St. Louis, MO, to Lester and Mary (nee Smith) Mueller. In 1971 he married Shirley Jones, in Granite City, IL, this marriage ended in divorce.

Frank loved his family. He was a hard-working guy. Frank was a Quality Control Supervisor at Basler Electric for 47 years. He enjoyed meeting his friends for a beer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Mary Mueller; brother, Ronald; sisters, Patsy, Rose Mary, Mary, Betty; one brother in infancy

Frank is survived by his ex-wife, Shirley Mueller, Highland, IL; sons, Rick Mueller, Highland, IL, Mike (Anita) Acinelli, Highland, IL; grandchildren, Gino Acinelli, Anthony Acinelli, Mackenzie Acinelli.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
