Eric Allen Haas

Eric Allen Haas, 29, died Friday, November 5, 2010, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

He was born December 26, 1980, to Lori Haas, at Utlaut Memorial Hospital, Greenville, IL.

Eric was a member of the Pocahontas-Old Ripley Fire Department.  He loved people and was loved by everyone that knew him.  He was a roadie for the band “Ruckus”.  He loved racing and demolition derby’s; anything to do with cars and trucks.

He is survived by: his Parents, Lori (Frank) Pearson, Pocahontas, IL; his Brother, Jeremy Lappe, Pocahontas, IL; his Grandmother’s, Linda Haas, Rita Lappe; his Uncle, Christopher Haas.

He was preceded in death by: Grandfather, Michael Haas; Uncle, Michael Lynn Haas, Jr.; Great-Grandmother, Cora Haas.

Visitation: Tuesday, November 9, 2010, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Wednesday, November 10, 2010, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., at Meridith Funeral Home, Pocahontas, IL

Funeral: Wednesday, November 10, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Meridith Funeral Home.

Interment: Robinson Cemetery, Pocahontas, IL
