Dennis S. Gagain

Dennis S. Gagain, 50, of Carlyle, IL, formerly of Lebanon, IL, died Monday, October 25, 2010, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Centrailia, IL.

He was born August 28, 1960, in Milford, CT, to John and Ruth (Nee Russell) Gagain.  On August 29, 2009, he married Suzanne Burkett at First United Methodist Church, Lebanon, IL.

Dennis was a self-employed electrician.  He was a member of the Breese Gun and Rod Club, Breese, IL, and served as a Lt. on the Cahokia Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by: Wife, Suzanne Gagain, Swansea, IL; Mother, Ruth Gagain-Seale, Behtel, VT; 4 Children, Leanna R. (Anthony) Mueller, Lebanon, IL, Terry Gagain, Lebanon, IL, Alyce Gagain, WoodRiver, IL, John Charles Gagain, Liberty, SC; First wife and mother of his children, Theresa R. Gagain, WoodRiver, IL; 3 Sisters, and 2 Brothers, Cindy (Eddy) Foster, Colorado Springs, CO, Joseph “Joey” Gagain, New Haven, CT, Lori Gagain, AZ, Russell (Kelly) Gagain, Hartford, CT; 2 Grandchildren, Chloey R. McFalls, Liberty R. Mueller; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by: Father, John Gagain; 1 Brother, Johnny Gagain; 1 Sister, Cheryl McNerney.
