Delores M. Rinderer

Delores M. Rinderer, 91, of Highland, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Aviston Countryside Manor in Aviston, IL.

She was born on January 18, 1935, in Highland, IL, to Adolph and Gertrude (nee Schwarz) Daiber.

Delores was born and raised in Highland, IL, and worked on the family farm her whole life. She would always made sandwiches or bake pies for the ones working out in the fields or help get the pickup truck wherever it needed to be. Delores was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Highland, the Farm Bureau, and did a lot for HIS Kids Cancer Support. She enjoyed reading the local news and dancing when she could. Delores was very kind and caring, always willing to help anyone with anything. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Gertrude Daiber; brother, Orville Daiber; sister-in-law, Delores Daiber; and brother-in-law, Earl Weis.

Delores is survived by her daughter, Yevon (Elmer) Eilers, Highland, IL; sister, Marie Weis; nieces and nephews, Wayne (Connie) Weis, Rozanne (Brad) Steinkoenig, Joan Weis, Gary (Becky) Weis, Connie (Cary) Brown, Sharon (Dan) Dickman, Dennis (Lori) Daiber, and Judy (Kevin) Brendel; multiple great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to the St. Paul Education Foundation or to HIS Kids.

Visitation: Monday, March 9, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL, and Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:15 am, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Highland, IL
