Deborah “Debbie” Neumann

Deborah “Debbie” Neumann, 45, of Pocahontas, IL, born October 7, 1969, died Monday, September 21, 2015, at her residence.

Debbie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She enjoyed being around her family, especially her granddaughter.  Debbie was a strong-willed person.  She liked to go shopping, and loved dogs, tweety birds and bears.

She is survived by her son, Steven (significant other, Becky Barker) Neumann, Greenville, IL; a granddaughter, Destiny Ann Neumann; her mother, June Childerson, Pocahontas, IL; brother, Doug (Angela) Childerson, Glen Carbon, IL; aunts, Jane Childerson, Caroline Childerson, Rita Pellazari; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church, Pocahontas, IL.

Visitation:  Thursday, September 24, 2015, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and Friday, September 25, 2015, from 8:00 to 10:00 am at Meridith Funeral Home, Pocahontas, Illinois.

Funeral Service:  Friday, September 25, 2015, at 10:00 am, at Meridith Funeral Home, Pocahontas, Illinois.

Clergy:  Rev. Adam Penn, Pastor, United Methodist Church, Pocahontas, Illinois.

Interment:  Greene Cemetery
