She was born April 23, 1955 in Kansas City, MO to Urban and Louise (nee Feltz).
Debbie is preceded in death by her mother, Louise Dickshot; father, Urban Feltz, brothers, Kenny Feltz and Tony Dickshot.
Debbie is survived by her son, William (Brittney) Birkla, Jr.; grandsons, Damien Birkla, Nicholas Denbow; granddaughter, Gabrielle Birkla; sister, Gladys (Ray) Adams; nieces, Kristy and Heather Adams; nephew, Michael Adams.
