David Levi Churchill

David Levi Churchill, 67, of West Salem, IL. passed away Friday, April 3, 2026, at his residence.

David was born March 7, 1959, at St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet, IL. to Norman E. and Dorothy J. ( Fuhrman) Churchill. David had worked in the oilfield for several years. He was a big Nascar race fan. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and just being outdoors. Working on old cars and restoring them, he was always busy doing something.

David is survived by three sisters Cheryl Ann Blair, Susie Churchill, and Connie Churchill, two brothers Jesse Churchill and Norman Churchill; also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Micheal Churchill.

A memorial service will be held later.
