Charles P. Soroka, Jr., 84, of Pocahontas, IL, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026, at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland, IL.
He was born on November 24, 1941, in St. Louis County, MO, to Charles P. and Gloris S. (nee DeLozier) Soroka. On October 1, 1967, he married Rita Robinson.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Soroka; parents, Charles and Gloris Soroka; and son, Charles P. Soroka, III.
He is survived by his daughter, Anne (Glen) Burnett; and three grandchildren, Brandon Burnett, Blake Burnett, and Austin Burnett.
Memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army.
