Brenda L. Macke

Brenda L. (nee McCallister) Macke, 58, died Saturday, October 28, 2017, at her residence.

Brenda was born March 9, 1959, to Thomas and Mary (nee Haverman) McCallister in East St. Louis, IL.

She was a graduate of Sanford Brown Business College. Brenda was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her son, Robert Macke, Highland, IL; significant other, Mike Schaeffer, Highland, IL; grandson, Kage Macke, Highland, IL; siblings, Carol Levart, Highland, IL, Melinda Duniphan, Granite City, IL, Jessie (Brent) Ellis, Greenville, IL, Cheryl McCallister, Highland, IL.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mary McCallister; son, Sean Dorste; sister, Karen McCallister; significant other, George Dortse.
