Beulah Hall

Beulah Hall, 90, of Fairfield, IL, passed away on Saturday July 16, 2022, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.  She was the youngest child of Jim and Ellie (Shipley) Phelps of Galatia, IL.

Beulah married Everett Hall on September 3, 1949, and he preceded her in death on April 4, 1999.

She was a member of the Bellmont United Methodist Church.

Beulah enjoyed playing her piano and working in her garden.

She is survived by her daughter Jackie (Francis) Mongeon, Fairfield, IL, son Danny (Vicki) Hall, Mt. Carmel, IL; grandchildren, Chris Scarbrough, Christy Etheridge, James Hall, Daniel Hall, Matthew Mongeon; great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Gabriel, Hadley, Presley, Lauren, Riyah, Emma, Lucy, Isaiah, Ruby, Belle, Charlotte, and Jack.

Preceding Beulah in death were her parents Jim and Ellie Phelps, husband Everett Hall, two brothers, Rev. J.C. Phelps, Rev. Charles Phelps; five sisters, Fern Medley Wiggins, Florence Cash, Alberta Roberts, Louise Thompson and Norma Taylor.

Memorials may be made to Bellmont United Methodist Church.
