Berniece Vallero

Berniece Vallero, 94, of Collinsville, IL., passed away on January 13, 2021 in Mascoutah, IL.

She was born November 19, 1926 in Madison, IL, to David & Irene (nee Bolin) Henry, Sr.  On September 4, 1949, she married James Vallero, Sr.

For over 60 years Berniece was a faithful member and Sunday School teacher at New Rivers Assembly of God Church.  She was also employed by the Unit 10 School District in the cafeteria.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David & Irene Henry, Sr; one brother and five sisters.

Berniece is survived by her sons, James “Butch” Vallero Jr., Collinsville, IL., Daniel (Jan) Vallero, Chapel Hill, N.C., Ron (Cheryl) Vallero, Maryville, IL.; brother, Robert (Ruth) Henry, Sr., Dow, IL.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the New Rivers Assembly of God Church.
