Autumn N. Fairchild

Autumn N. Fairchild, 43, of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at home, surrounded by her family.

She was born on October 29, 1981, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL, to Robert “Bob” and Cynthia (nee Howell) Fairchild, Jr.

Autumn has lived in the Collinsville area her entire life. She graduated from Collinsville High School in 1999, and then got her Associate’s Degree in Childcare from Southwestern Illinois College. Autumn was a member of the First Baptist Church in Collinsville, IL, and she enjoyed watching movies, binging TV shows, hanging out with her girlfriends, and sitting on the back porch. She dedicated her professional career in early childhood development for 25 years. Autumn was funny, loved to laugh, and an overall sweet person. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Fairchild.

Autumn is survived by her father, Bob Fairchild, Jr.; brother, Benjamin (Andi) Fairchild; niece and nephew, Faith Fairchild and Cody Kern; many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church in Collinsville.
