Alan Lee Lemons

Alan Lee Lemons of Flora, Illinois, was born on June 28, 1961, to Charles Franklin Lemons and Thelma Ruth Holmes-Lemons. He passed away May 4, 2026 at his home.

He is survived by his brother, Leon (Janie) Lemons. As well as his four daughters—Constance (Jesse Riggleman) Lemons, Amanda (Devon) Fuson, Christina (Joseph) Schuck, and Jennifer (Bruce) Young—and six grandchildren who brought much joy to his life.

Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lemons and Thelma Holmes Lemons-Wilson, and his sister, Peggy Waters.

Alan had been an avid outdoorsman who found great joy in fishing and camping. He loved spending time with family, boating and playing golf. In his later years, despite life's challenges, he developed a deep connection with his faith and found comfort and companionship in his cats.

Alan will be remembered for the life he lived, the family he loved, and the simple things that brought him peace and happiness.

A celebration of his life for family and close friends will be held at a later date.
